Demanding Drivers Behind the ESG Movement
Orchard Ballroom 1-2
This presentation delves into the transformative power of leveraging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to enhance the work environment. By implementing initiatives such as green leases on a global scale and establishing a global ESG board, organizations can ensure alignment with ESG goals and foster sustainability.
Furthermore, the presentation highlights the commitment to injecting more Social and Governance elements into the office environment. This includes initiatives such as workplace transformation, the appointment of an ESG ambassador, and collaboration with landlords on green leases. Through these efforts, the goal is to create a work environment that not only prioritizes sustainability, but also promotes employee well-being and engagement, ultimately empowering individuals and enhancing overall workplace satisfaction.
